It was fantastic to attend the West Country Business Show on Friday, 18th July 2025 at Westpoint Exeter - and I was delighted to be invited as a speaker alongside Paul Whitnell, Dean Pamphilon and Corinne Cooper.

A big thank you to my friend Jo Love for having me on the Social Values in Business Keynote Panel, where I had the opportunity to talk about the work of the Pink Ribbon Foundation and why it’s so important for businesses to support meaningful causes.

The panel session, proudly sponsored by BITA, explored how companies can integrate social values into their business models - combining ethical practices and community engagement with sustainable growth. It was a brilliant conversation filled with real-world examples, practical insights, and a shared commitment to creating positive social impact.

It was also great to meet so many of you at Stand 66, where we handed out free self-check cards, chatted about our upcoming Pink Duck Race, sold Boob Candles kindly donated to us by our friends at Flamingo Candles and raised awareness and donations to support those affected by breast cancer. Thanks also to Ability Hire for providing the furniture for our space.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by - your support means the world! 💗

Had a beautiful (but short) stay voco Zeal Exeter Science Park - IHG Hotels & Resorts first branded net‑zero carbon hotel - thanks to Beth Ardron.  An excellent choice for those seeking luxury with a conscience, the hotel seamlessly blends comfort and sustainability.  Perfectly positioned for attendees of Exeter Science Park events, business visitors, and travellers who value eco-conscious hospitality.  Check them out!

Also found time to meet up with Andrew Venton and the team at Conagri for dinner - and caught up on all the news re the PINK tractor raffle.
