He is a Singer, Presenter, Choir Director, Fashion Stylist, Social Media Influencer and Content Creator, and is known for his work in Music, TV and Fashion.  He is recognised for many memorable appearances, but is perhaps best known and loved for being a flamboyant TV Music judge on BBC One's Hit Award Winning talent, entertainment show 'All Together Now' Series 1, 2 and Celebrity Special.

His past experiences have shaped him into a truly inspirational man, who is proudly praised and remembered by the nation as the prestigious 2012 recipient and winner of a Pride of Britain 'Princes Trust Young Achievers Award' awarded by HRH the Prince of Wales and Hollywood Star Pearce Brosnan.  Shortly after this, Jay became a Princes Trust Ambassador and now we would like to formally announce him as an Ambassador of the Pink Ribbon Foundation too!  Jay has been an avid supporter of the Foundation for many years, going far beyond simply attending events.  He is a passionate advocate of breast cancer awareness and uses his platform to raise awareness and money to help those affected.  Awarding Jay the Ambassadorship is a real honour and shows our gratitude and appreciation for all that he has done, and will continue to do in the future.
