KYLIE MINOGUE, TESSA HARTMANN AND ELLA RAE WISE DESIGN A CHARITY TEE FOR THE PINK RIBBON FOUNDATION TO CELEBRATE INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY

Pop icon Kylie Minogue, Real Housewives of Jersey star Tessa Hartmann CBE and Towie’s Ella Rae Wise have each designed a t-shirt for the Pink Ribbon Foundation in celebration of International Women’s Day. These one-off designs have been created by the celebrities and are personal messages of celebration, strength, hope and courage. The Pink Ribbon Foundation have also launched its third exclusive charity collection, in celebration of International Women’s Day, on the 8th March 2021. 

Every day is a great day to celebrate the amazing women in your life, but March is a particularly poignant month for celebrating women: with International Women's Day on the 8th, Mother’s Day on the 14th and the whole month being Women’s History Month. These extra opportunities, encourage us to celebrate women’s achievements, lobby for accelerated gender parity and fundraise for women’s charities. They are global days for groups worldwide to come together in celebration of economic, cultural and political achievements of women. 

With around 55,000 women a year in the UK being diagnosed with breast cancer, but almost half of women (47%) not checking their breasts regularly for potential signs of breast cancer, there is still much awareness to raise. This is why the Foundation have called on several amazing women, who have all experienced breast cancer personally or through loved ones, to come on board and support the work of the charity by designing their very own charity t-shirt to raise vital funds to support others affected by breast cancer. 

They are available exclusively from the Pink Ribbon Foundation official store (www.pinkribbonfoundationstore.com) from Monday 8th March, with every t-shirt made using 100% sustainable GOTS* cotton, renewable energy and is designed to be returned to Teemill for remanufacturing after it's worn out for money off the next purchase. Each t-shirt is printed on demand seconds after they're ordered online, meaning zero waste and items are shipped the next day in plastic-free, funky paper packaging. At least 25% is donated to the Pink Ribbon Foundation for each item sold, to support those affected by breast cancer.
