The Pink Ribbon Foundation’s grant to Hope for Tomorrow enabled the charity to cover some of its operating costs of its mobile cancer care service, resulting in over 1,000 breast cancer treatments. As a charity which rely solely on voluntary funding, a grant from the Foundation helps provide breast cancer patients with more quality time with family and friends as treatments are on-board the mobile cancer care unit. During 2018, their fleet of ten mobile units allocated to the NHS Trusts, made over 1,450 visits in 34 small town or rural locations. We are delighted to have supported such a vital project and wish them continued success with their programme.
