If you have a big party, we suggest booking a table to ensure that you are sat together. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact seating plans, or allocation of specific tables within the venue. Table allocation will always be subject to availability and may change to accommodation of other bookings and acts. Small groups that wish to be seated together, should make this known at the time of booking via email ([email protected]) and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Food & drink: Executive Chef, Cedric Tourainne and his team create menus inspired by seasonal British produce and menus change four times a year and will always be sourced from eclectic London suppliers, which include many from Borough Market down the road to the venue. Because of this, the menu for PINKLondon2023 will be confirmed in September, at which point you will need to inform us if a person in your party has a food allergy. In line with EU regulation 1169/2011 allergen product lists are available upon request.

Substitutions (i.e. name changes) to the booking can be made free of charge up to 5 days before the event. As a charity we need to make payments to secure services and products well in advance of the date of the event and this is why we have the cancellation policy above, however we do hope that you will not need to cancel your booking.
Covid-19 Refunds Policy: If we are obliged to rearrange the event as a result of Covid-19 and associated closures, the event will be rescheduled for a future date and all bookings will be moved to this new date. Should this not be acceptable, you will need to notify us within two weeks of the new date being announced, so that we can resell your ticket(s) and thus offer a refund.
