Story
My name is Lewis and I am 11 years old. As part of my platinum school badge (specifically for fund-raising), I am completing an individual fund-raising event. I will be walking/running 28 miles over February 2022 in aid of the Pink Ribbon Foundation. The reason I have chosen to raise money for this charity is because my it is close to my heart. My Big Nannan has beaten breast cancer twice and my Nanny’s friend Di is managing her breast cancer with ongoing treatment. I have lots of family and friends who have been affected by breast cancer and feel it is something everyone need to be aware of. My Mum (Hannah) is also holding a Pink Raffle as part of my fundraising challenge and I will be going live on Facebook with her to draw the winning ticket, date to be confirmed later.
