Good luck!
Vincent Muczynski and Josephine Fontaine's Story
On September 6th, 2025, we — Vincent and Josephine — are taking on the UK’s legendary Three Peaks Challenge: climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon within 24 hours. It’s a proper test of stamina, and we’ve somehow signed up for it. All for a cause that means a lot to us.
Vincent’s wife, Anaïs, is currently living with secondary breast cancer. Her strength and resilience through it all have been nothing short of inspiring. We wanted to do something that felt meaningful — and mildly ridiculous — in solidarity, and to raise money for the brilliant Pink Ribbon Foundation, who’ve been a constant source of support to Anaïs.
There are plenty of charities doing great work, but this one is personal. In Anaïs’s own words:
“The Pink Ribbon Foundation has helped me in many ways:
- by funding charities that support women with breast cancer in their day-to-day lives (like Future Dreams);
- by including me in incredible projects that make me feel beautiful and feminine with or without hair or breast — like the Bold Exhibition with Caroline Sikkenk and the Wig Worship shoot with Darrell Starkey or the 100s boobs project with Anne-Marie Bickerton and Piluca Camino Alcon;
- and through Lisa, who somehow runs the foundation almost single-handedly, always full of energy and humanity, making sure us ‘bold ladies’ are truly cared for on our cancer journey.”
So, here we are, gearing up for three mountains in one day, powered by snacks (all of them!), friendship, and a playlist we’ve yet to agree on.
You’ll see a photo of us on this page, from a hike we did in the Lake District… back in 2023. It’s just our faces, so don’t let them fool you, we’re definitely less mountain-ready than we look. But no excuses now: training has officially begun 😬.
Vincent’s a keen climber, and I (Josephine) once tackled Kilimanjaro, so we’re not total strangers to a challenge, even if our legs might disagree 😅.
Every penny you donate goes directly to supporting breast cancer patients and raising awareness.
Whether it’s a fiver or something more heroic, it all helps, and it really will make a difference.
Thank you!
Vincent & Josephine
Yesterday, Joséphine and Vincent took on the famous Three Peaks of Sussex as part of their preparation for a bigger challenge this September.
This hike was more than just a trial run—it was a chance to push their limits and test their endurance.
After 8 hours and 44 minutes, 52,367 steps, and 38 km (23 miles), they did it!
Their legs are sore, but their spirits are high—and this training day has made them even more determined to face the real challenge ahead.
But they’re not just doing this for themselves. Joséphine and Vincent are hiking to raise funds for The Pink Ribbon Foundation, a charity that supports people affected by breast cancer and helps fund crucial research.
If you’d like to support them and contribute to a great cause, please consider donating to their fundraising page.
Every step counts—and so does every donation.
Thank you for being part of the journey! 💗
