Your wellness retreat curator and host, Julia Bradbury, will be there throughout the experience, working alongside you in the sessions and leading the much-anticipated nature walks. We will embark on invigorating walks with Julia Bradbury interlaced with Hannah Beadle’s movement & play nature gym and engage breathwork in motion, led by Patrick McKeown; indulge in nourishing and perfectly balanced culinary experiences designed by Nutritionist Pauline Cox and evening practices with Aromasound’s Lisa Pauley that will calm your body and relax your mind.
