Pendle Hill walk

Last October the New Heights staff team were embarking on a health and well-being walk and decided to raise money for the Pink Ribbon Foundation in conjunction with the The Outdoor Guide a platform developed by BBC presenter Julia Bradbury and her sister Gina.

Walking is an activity many of their staff members enjoy and they were all taken aback by Julia's announcement of her breast cancer diagnosis ~ it brought it home to all of them how many people near and dear to us can and have been affected by breast cancer.

Their walk took place on Sunday 17 Oct 2021 and was a circular route which took in the ascent of Pendle Hill and surrounding countryside.
