Captain Tom 100
Friday 30 April 2021 would have been Captain Sir Tom Moore’s 101st birthday and the one-year anniversary of him completing the now famous 100 laps of his gardens. To mark this momentous date, we're asking people to dream up and complete a fundraising activity based around the number 100 between Friday 30 April and Monday 3 May 2021, fundraising for the Pink Ribbon Foundation.
What will YOU do to support those affected by breast cancer? Here's a few ideas to get you started:
- Cycle 100km
- 100 star jumps
- Dance for 100 minutes
- Bake 100 cakes
- Walk 100 laps of your garden as an ode to Captain Tom
- Go up and down your stairs 100 times
- 100 minute silence
- Skip 100 times
- Livestream telling 100 jokes
Once you've decided on your FUNdraising challenge, set up a fundraising page here and ask family and friends to sponsor you. Prefer to make a donation? Head to the same page and click 'donate'.
