The South East Cancer Help Centre

A grant from the Pink Ribbon Foundation helps the South East Cancer Help Centre to support breast cancer patients (who they call ‘members’) by providing essential services not found on the NHS, such as massage, yoga, reiki, facials, counselling and Tai Chi classes.  The help that the Foundation is able to provide by way of a grant is invaluable to support those newly-diagnosed with breast cancer and is the only grant that they receive for this purpose.  Every new member visiting the Centre, receives at least 12 therapy sessions and Mindfulness Drop-In classes have also been recently introduced, which help members experience calm and wellbeing, important at a time when illness can cause stress, anxiety and uncertainty.  The South East Cancer Help Centre is just one of many deserving organisations who the Pink Ribbon Foundation help and your very kind donations enable us to reach charities all over the UK so that they may continue to bridge the gap during and after treatment for breast cancer. Please visit www.pinkribbonfoundation.org.uk to find out more about the Foundation and who we support, to make a donation or to apply for a grant if you are a registered charity.  Thank you.
