Colour and Wellbeing

Do you want to know the secrets of COLOUR?

Do you want to become more COLOUR confident?

Would you like to know your own personal COLOUR chart?

Would you like to use more COLOUR in your home?

The Pink Ribbon Foundation is delighted to announce that it has teamed up with Colour Specialist and Global Colour Ambassador Mark Wentworth and Lynne Lambourne interiors addict and Warrior on Waste, to bring you a FREE online ZOOM discussion about Colour and Wellbeing - on SUNDAY 7 JUNE at 8PM.

Tickets for the event are available from https://thecolourpathtowellbeing.eventbrite.com

As part of their #ConversationsinColour series, Lisa Allen from the Pink Ribbon Foundation, is joined by experts Mark and Lynne who will show you how to become more colour conscious and how to introduce specific shades and tones to your daily life in order to awaken your purpose.

Colour is all around us and now during lockdown we are probably even more aware of the colours in nature, as well as the colours that surround us in our own home. Colour is powerful, it can change moods, lower blood pressure, cause reactions (both positive and negative) and even suppress appetite.

During this first online conversation, you are invited to learn about the science of colour, the effects of different colours on moods, how to determine your own personal colour chart and how to pull this all together for maximum benefit in your home and garden.
